Message From the Deputy Principal

The management of SEME TVC is alive to the fact that TVET Act 2013 and CUE Act 2012 requires institutions of higher learning to conform to high standards of training that will deliver Vision 2030 promise within the framework for Science, Innovation and Technology.
SEME TVC therefore through its policy documents takes positive and proactive steps to ensure quality curriculum delivery, learning outcomes, research and innovations that will remain desirable to the industry and positively impact the industrial growth of Kenya.

The college’s management under the Leadership of the Principal, is keen on ensuring that trainees are given state of the art training given the resources that the Government has given us i.e. Manpower and the physical facilities like Lecture rooms, fully equipped computer labs, fully equipped soil and concrete testing labs not to mention the fully automated block making machine for civil engineering courses among others.

Here learners will receive a complete learning experience—friendly, award-winning teaching and an opportunity to do cutting-edge research at an institution that is focused on exemplary performance in academics, research and innovation. All trainees in the courses mentioned above undergo a rigorous academic program that is both theory and practical based as is spelled out in the syllabi with 660 hrs industrial training for diploma candidates and 330 hrs of industrial training for certificate candidates.
It is worth noting that the beginning of a new academic journey is usually an exciting moment in life. We are delighted to welcome you to SEME TVC and sincerely wish you an exciting career moment.
We hereby make a commitment that we will support you in all aspects of your training and help you attain academic excellence.

SEME TVC wants to truly build a reputation for student success .We look forward to making your experience here enjoyable, rewarding, and memorable. My office therefore highly welcomes all of you and I take this opportunity to highly appreciate our Government for starting this College with a view of enhancing skills development and to a large extent, compliment realization of the Vision 2030.
